Agriturismo Ninea is managed by Enotria Travel BV, and the general terms and conditions of Enotria Travel BV are therefore applicable to all bookings and contracts for stays at the property.

Travel Contract
By making an online booking, the customer expressly agrees to the terms and conditions outlined. The booking will only be considered final upon receipt of a written confirmation via email from Enotria Travel.
Availability and Booking Confirmation
The availability shown on the website is constantly updated and is 99% accurate. However, if the requested accommodation is not available, Enotria Travel will contact the customer as soon as possible to propose an alternative arrangement. The booking becomes binding for both the customer and the agency only when the final invoice is issued. In cases of force majeure that make the accommodation unavailable, Enotria Travel reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of equal or higher value. In situations of force majeure, Enotria Travel also reserves the right to cancel the contract, with a full refund of any amounts already paid.
Cancellation Policies and Penalties
• Cancellations made up to one month before the arrival date: 0% of the total.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total.
• Cancellations made within the last 15 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total.
Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, to be paid within 8 days of the invoice issuance, via bank transfer or Stripe. The remaining balance must be paid within one month before the arrival date.
Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest.
• Check-in is not possible on Sundays.
Arrivals or departures outside of these hours are possible with prior communication and confirmation from the reception at the time of booking. In the case of unexpected delays or the inability to meet the indicated arrival times, it is mandatory to promptly inform the reception using the emergency number provided on the booking voucher. Without communication, Enotria Travel will not be held responsible for any inconveniences regarding the delivery of keys.
Access to accommodations is allowed only for the number of people indicated on the voucher for safety reasons. Before arrival, customers will be required to complete online check-in by registering all guests.
